Flame Thrower Butter Burgers
Rowdy roots BBQ Habanero mango hot sauce (Coming Soon)
2 ½ lbs. ground beef
Rowdy roots BBQ KC Shake
Roasted garlic compound butter
Pepper jack cheese sliced
Fresh tomato
Pickles
Rowdy Roots BBQ Sauce
Spicy grilled topping
Jalapenos
Red or yellow bell pepper
1 large onion
Portabella mushrooms
KC Shake
In a bowl combine ground beef and sprinkle with desired amount of KC Shake.
Mix with hands and form the patties. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
Cook the spicy vegetable topping and set aside.
When grill is hot and ready to go place burgers directly over the hot coals and squirt hot sauce over the patties. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
After two minutes flip the burgers and apply hot sauce to the other side. Close lid and cook another 2 minutes.
After the two minutes flip again and move away from direct fire then apply the softened garlic butter close lid for one minute.
After the one minute add the sliced pepper jack cheese and close lid for an additional minute.
Take burgers off the grill and set aside.
Grill up some garlic buns.
Assemble the burgers and enjoy.
